Before you contact us, consider the following: The SEC allows RIAs to charge performance fees in certain situations to retail clients, and even then, the offering must be limited to “Qualified Clients” who meet a couple of financial tests, either: (a) $1M of assets under management with the RIA charging a performance fee or (b) a $2.1M net worth. As RIM charges a performance fee, you would need to be a "Qualified Client" in order to invest in the firm's strategy.
